CAMBIOS SOLO POR FALLA DE FABRICACIÓN

Si recibís un producto con algún defecto o falla de fabricación, te ofrecemos un cambio sin costo adicional. Es fundamental que nos notifiques el problema dentro de los 7 días hábiles desde la recepción del artículo.

  • El producto debe estar en perfectas condiciones y sin uso.
  • Antes de enviar el producto, es necesario que te contactes con nosotros para coordinar el cambio.

Esta condición no aplica para cambios por gustos personales o expectativas no cumplidas.

Cambios presenciales

Si te encontras en CABA podés realizar el cambio en nuestro taller, ELPIDIO GONZALEZ 3690 de Lunes a Viernes de 9.30 a 13 hs, siempre con cita previa. Los días y horarios de atención están sujetos a disponibilidad de la empresa.
